- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m), smart TV, dining table and chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY (access from the living room) with table and chairs.



FURHTER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

Unlimited WIFI, fan coil heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

After 00:00 it is necessary to ring the doorman to gain access.
