No dogs, no parties or events. Parking in driveway only, no street or grass parking. No noise after 10 pm. This is a quiet neighborhood and we must keep our neighbors happy.

The house is as beautiful as pictured. All amenities listed were available and in good condition. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowels and pyrex. There were only just enough bath towels for 14 guests - one per person.

A little bit of paradise

Why they chose this property

We were on a bike ride checking out the neighborhood when we noticed this house was for sale. We first fell in love with the beautiful palm tree lined street in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, with water on both sides of the street. Once we walked into the house the view of the outside-in was breathtaking. The infinity pool, the balcony and the cascading waterfalls, we fell in love immediately!

What makes this property unique

Sitting in the pool watching the sparkling water and the boats going by. The beautiful sunrise, amazing views from the house, pool deck and upper balcony blew us away. This is truly a unique experience. Stu and Cathy are the owners, customer service and we want you to come back.
