Flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in first line of beach with communal swimming pool and parking space included in the price, fully equipped. Terrace and garden furniture. Lift, air conditioning hot-cold in all rooms, bed and bath linen, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and everything you need to feel at home.

Beautiful residential with large garden areas. Direct access to the beach via the 7 km promenade, which joins the ends of our beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, ideal for walking, sports or cycling with the family.

3 km to Isla Canela golf course, 4 km to Ayamonte, 60 km to Faro, 60 km to Huelva and 150 km to Seville.
You can hire our cleaning service during your stay and also our linen services.
We also offer an exclusive airport transfer service.
Services included in the price: electricity, water, parking, wifi, late arrival.
Services NOT included in the price:
-Deposit refundable after 5 days of departure.
-Cleaning on departure.
Pharmacy and medical centre in Punta del Moral, 2km.

Dear guest,
To arrive from our offices in Punta del Moral to the apartment, you must exit again through the port barrier entrance and continue on Avenida de la Mojarra toward the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral. (You must go straight ahead toward Isla Canela).
Once you pass the hotels (Playa Marina, Playa Canela and Iberostar) continue straight ahead and at the roundabout take the first exit.
Once this rural road ends, you will arrive at another roundabout and when you pass it you will find the Residential area again. The fourth residential complex on your left is your final destination (Residential Los Flamencos).
