La Corte della Casera - Verbena

The Verbena apartment is located on the ground floor of the Corte della Casera, a historic building dating back to the late 1800s, in the historic center of Cassina Valsassina. The apartment features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living area with a sofa bed and a fireplace, and an open-plan kitchen.
Access to the Verbena apartment is directly from the courtyard. The accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the double bedroom, equipped with hypoallergenic mattresses, beech wood slatted frames, and memory foam pillows, along with the bathroom with bathtub and shower and a window. The first floor hosts the kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and fridge, and the living area, with a double sofa bed, a 32" smart TV, a table and chairs for meals, a sideboard, and a wood-burning fireplace (use upon request). WiFi is guaranteed throughout the property. All guests have access to a ski and bicycle storage room, a bike and ski maintenance area, a laundry, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Additionally, there is a shared courtyard with two other apartments. The location is excellent for easily reaching the Piani di Bobbio, Piani di Artavaggio, and the beautiful Lake Como.
Free parking is available less than 100 meters from the apartment. Furthermore, there is a convenient free shuttle to the ski lifts just 250 meters away!
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
