Ohh, hello there gorgeous home! If you are looking for an updated beautiful beach home, then 2 Wren Drive is the private home rental for you! This four bedroom, three and a half bathroom is located in Sea Pines and can sleep up to 13 guests. It is just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. This home features all of the updates you would want plus a private pool to splash around in!

Directly off the living room, you have access to the elevated porch. On the porch, you will find a gas grill and an outdoor table for up to six, plus additional seating options throughout the porch.

Looking to cool off? Take the steps down to the large private pool (no heating available). There are seating options sprinkled around the pool. Neither the pool or spa are able to be heated.

1st Floor:

The living room is just off the entryway and a perfect spot for the family to gather with plenty of seating and a large, flat screen television.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Thermador gas range. There is a breakfast area that can seat up to four and direct access to the porch that leads to the private pool. The laundry room is just past the entrance to the kitchen. The formal dining room that can seat up to ten. Pull the custom barn door back and there is a small bar area with a wine fridge.

The beautiful master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and two closets (one of which is a walk-in). The private master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a half bath adjacent to this bedroom. For full bathroom access, those sleeping in this room would have to use one of the three full bathrooms located in the home as it only has a half bath adjacent to the bedroom.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom three has a queen bed, double bed plus a twin murphy bed that pulls out of the wall. This bedroom has a flat screen TV, walk-in closet with shelving and a private bath with a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom four has two double beds, flat screen TV and a private bath with a double vanity. The private bathroom has a new walk-in shower as of March 2024.

This home will not disappoint you! What's not to love? Completely updated, close to the beach, and has a private pool!

• Distance to Beach: 4th row ocean home. Beach path access just across from the entrance of Wren Drive. 300 yards to the beach.

• Pool Info: 35 feet by 17 feet. The pool is not able to be heated. Please note the spa is also not able to be heated and the jets do not operate. The private pool is quite large and the perfect spot to relax on vacation!

Sea Pines Paradise!

This beautiful and comfortable home was perfect for our family beach vacation. The pool was refreshing and fun in the mornings and in the evenings after spending a few hours at the beach. We loved the bike trails and the walk ability to Salty Dog area. We never left the area all week!

We enjoyed the property, the pool, and the proximity to the beach! It was our first time staying near the South Beach area and we enjoyed our daily bike rides to the South Beach Marina. Our family comes to HHI every year and normally we stay at Palmetto Dunes and considered it the best place until we were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Sea Pines. The house was just as described, Gorgeous, and plenty big enough for our big family. The kids loved the huge pool and we were so excited the walk to the beach was basically across the street. Great location with lots of room

We love our annual vaca with our twin granddaughters and dil. This year we chose this house and were very happy to have the extra room. The house has a lot of nice features with the large pool, to-die-for thermidor stove, beach proximity and close to salty dog area. There does need to be some TLC ; the carpet needed cleaning or replaced with vinyl, deck needed pressure washing, but all things considered, it was a fantastic place for us to stay.

You can tell it's a rental as a bit rough around the edges in some places - especially outdoors. The inside was very clean, the outside areas could use some TLC. Not having the pool heated was disclosed so we weren't surprised but still disappointing. The main road is through the woods and while it's not a major problem, the occasional road noise detracts a bit from sitting in the back yard.

Spring Break 2 families with teens

Great property to house 2 families, total of 8 people. 4 adults and 4 teens. Good location, short walk across the street to the beach and short walk/bike to Salty Dog and SouthBeach Racquet Club. Lovely kitchen and outdoor grill for cooking, nice big dinning room table for dinner and games and great living room where everyone can sit together and watch movies at night. Beach towels and chairs were made available which was really nice. The pool was very cold (owners don’t allow it to be heated for renters) so kids didn’t use it much so don’t rent the house for the pool this time of year (we picked the house because of the hot tub since they did allow us to pay for heat). Unfortunately the hot tub only worked part of the time but management company was SUPER great at attending to the hot tub to get it to heat. Overall great management company - easy to get a hold of someone and very responsive. The main reason for our trip was golf and tennis. Lots of golf courses close by where you can schedule tee times way in advance. Be careful to read the fine print on tennis. There is no free tennis time at either Racquet club (South Beach 2 min bike or Sea Pines 20 min bike by Harbor Town). Both places you can book 2hrs but just know you have to pay for that time and you can only reserve 24hrs in advance so you have to really be on top of it to reserve courts - especially for us given it was one of the busiest times of the year. Tennis/Pickleball overall was great at both Racquet clubs. Depending on the rental company you book through you can get an amenities card - free for fitness center, up to 2 hrs/day court time, etc. Coastal Home & Villas does NOT offer the amenities card. Overall great house and always appreciate families letting us use their precious investment to create memories for our family! Thank you!

We love the layout, the location, the pool, and of course, everyone at Coastal Home and Villa. The only thing I wish it had was a full bath for the 4th bedroom. This year the washer/dryer did need to get replaced during our stay but that was a small inconvenience. We do love this home!

This house was a great layout for us, very clean, and very easy beach access directly behind the pool. We like to buy groceries and cook at home most meals. The kitchen is very nice with industrial stove and double oven / grill. Back windows overlook the pool and we could see kids in the pool while getting things ready in the kitchen. Pool and deck are larger than other Sea Pines houses we’ve stayed in. Prop mngr was professional and courteous. Timely texts to check on us and offer assistance. Easy to book and seamless with email door codes and info. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy 5 minute bike ride to South beach, fun 15ish minute bike ride to Harbor Town. 2 minute walk to the beach. The decor and finishes on the house were lovely. It has been recently redone and looks very modern and comfortable. The pool is great - we stay in Hilton Head regularly and this is the largest we have had. We had one minor issue while we were staying there and the management company responded quickly and were very helpful.
