The Space:

Inside, the vast living space is perfect for socialising. Guests will love the billiards table, whilst those not playing can chill out on the comfortable sofas placed at the other end of the room. Huge floor to ceiling arched windows bring in plenty of warmth and sunshine to this generous sized living area. A set of steps at one end leads to a mezzanine area. This is perfect for those needing to do some work, or who want to relax with a good book.



There is also a traditional kitchen and charming dining area. This is bright and cheerful with blue tiling and wooden cupboards. Should guests wish, we can provide a chef service so that you can put your feet up and relax while someone else cooks up a feast.



There are four comfortable double bedrooms in this luxury Italian Lakes villa, each with their own bathroom. The bathrooms are all traditional but tasteful, with white tiling and sanitaryware.



Outside, the gardens are beautiful. The swimming pool is positioned adjacent to the lemon terrace. This measures 20 x metres and is 0.80 metres deep. It's the ideal spot to relax on a warm summer day, enjoying the magnificent views over the lake and mountains beyond. This truly is a peaceful and tranquil spot to escape from the stresses of everyday life. However, for younger members of the family, there is a table tennis table to provide additional entertainment outside. This is positioned under a stunning covered terrace.
