From the property, you can also reach the historic center of Turin by public transport in just 20 minutes.

The area offers restaurants, clubs and shops and is very convenient for the subway. Ideal starting point for exploring the Piedmontese capital!

The internal space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE with TV, wardrobe, table with chairs, induction hob (2 burners), toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave oven and kitchen utensils;

- LOFT BEDROOM (Stairs to access) with a double bed;

- BATHROOM with raised shower, sink, bidet and WC.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The district is served by numerous public transport, to easily reach the city center, the Torino Porta Susa and Torino Porta Nuova stations. The Polytechnic of Turin, the Olympic Stadium and the Palalpitour concert venue are within easy walking distance.

The neighborhood is full of activities and restaurants.

In the Crocetta area it is enough a walk to meet elegant Art Nouveau and neo-Gothic buildings. One of the activities that characterizes the neighborhood is the market, born at the beginning of the twentieth century. Not to be missed are the Giardini del Fante, a park to visit in all seasons and for children of all ages.



The area is well served by public transport. The subway is a 10-minute walk away.

The Porta Susa and Porta Nuova train stations are less than 10 minutes away by taxi/car and are also easily accessible by subway or surface transport.



From Caselle airport, take the Arriva-268 bus and get off at the Corso Bolzano 42 (P. Susa) stop, a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
