Welcome to our beautifully renovated Victorian mid-terrace house, located in charming Stafford.
This delightful home offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and quirky character.

Recently Renovated – The home has been thoughtfully updated to blend Victorian charm with modern comforts, creating a relaxing atmosphere with an abundance of natural light.
Electric Underfloor Heating in the bathroom – A lovely touch to make your stay even more comfortable.
Steep Stairs – Please note that the stairs in the property are steep, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Super King Bedroom – A spacious, restful room with ample storage space for your belongings.
Double Bedroom – Designed with comfort in mind, perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a beautifully designed bathroom complete with electric underfloor heating for extra warmth, a relaxing bath, and a separate shower room for convenience.
Parking
We have permit parking available for the street outside of the property. There are several other car parks locally - please do ask!

Tucked away in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, our home offers easy access to Stafford’s town centre.
You’ll find local shops, cafes, and a wide range of restaurants within walking distance, as well as historical landmarks like Stafford Castle and the beautiful Victoria Park. The town is known for its stunning green spaces and picturesque canal walks, ideal for exploring at your leisure.
For those wanting to venture further, Stafford’s excellent transport links provide easy access to nearby attractions such as the National Memorial Arboretum, Alton Towers, and Cannock Chase for outdoor enthusiasts.
Whether you're here to relax or explore all that Staffordshire has to offer, our house is the perfect place to call home during your stay. We’re excited to welcome you!
Please note: the stairs are steep and please do mind your head when coming downstairs.
Travel cot and high chair are provided.
Guests will have access to the whole property.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to assist my guests.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
CONSUMABLES
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Policies and rules
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. No noise after 10 p.m.
Indoor shoes/slippers only please.
Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture.
When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows.
When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 15 degrees.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
