This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor via stairs.

This stylish home is designed with open, modern spaces and vibrant artistic touches that add a cool, urban flair. The living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a cozy seating corner with a single sofa bed—perfect for kicking back and watching TV after a day of exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen is both functional and social, making it easy to cook and connect at the same time. It’s equipped with everything you need, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals together. A washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay.

The master bedroom blends modern design with comfort, offering a double bed and generous storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a snug single bed that can be convert into a double bed—ideal for solo travellers, kids, or friends.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Valencia is a vibrant city on Spain’s southeastern coast, known for its perfect blend of historic charm and modern flair. Visitors can wander through the Old Town's cobbled streets, admire the Valencia Cathedral's Gothic architecture, and relax in the tranquil gardens of Turia Park, a former riverbed turned green oasis. The famous City of Arts and Sciences offers a striking contrast with its futuristic buildings and cultural attractions, including an aquarium, science museum, and planetarium.

Beyond the city's sights, Valencia is also a destination for the sun and sea. Its long, sandy beaches, like Playa de la Malvarrosa, are just minutes from the city centre, offering a laid-back spot to unwind or enjoy local seafood. The city is also the birthplace of paella, so food lovers won’t want to miss trying the original dish at one of the many traditional restaurants. Valencia is an inviting escape year-round with its sunny climate, rich culture, and relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There are many bus stations around the property.

The nearest bus station, Editor Manuel Aguilar - Guillem Sorolla is just a 1-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
