Lovely comfortable and spacious apartment in a great central location. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Bit of noise at weekend nights as it’s a popular area for tourists and locals. Kitchen is extremely well equipped and lunch areas are gracefully furnished. Enrique and Margarita were super reponsivr and accommodating. I was met at the apartment and they both took the time to talk me through local sights, bus routes etc.

We hebben genoten van het appartement. Wat je ook maar nodig had was aanwezig. Het appartement ligt zeer centraal in de mooie wijk El Carmen. De eigenaar is top. Alles werkte super.

Enrique et Margarita sont des hôtes exceptionnels. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé, atmosphère chaleureux. Enrique connaît très bien sa ville et donne de très bon conseils. A refaire avec un grand plaisir.

The owner met us at the apartment. He gave us a tour around the apartment. After that we sat at the dining table with tourist map and he gave us all the information about Valencia! My husband and I have rented over 15 apartment and this was by far the BEST ever. We had plenty of paper towels, towels, beach towels, you name it, we had it. Absolutely awesome. We will be back.

This was our first time in Valencia and we fell in love with the food and the people, and of course, the huge sandy beaches. The apartment was wonderful! Geweldig appartement

De hoste is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een warm ontvangst. Bij vragen is er binnen zeer korte tijd antwoord. Het appartement is schoon en aan alles is gedacht. Een rustige straat in het centrum. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Een heel fijne week gehad.

Super zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man fühlt sich direkt wie tu Hause. Der Vermieter steht jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ein Traum - einfach zur Türe raus und man ist schon im Zentrum der Altstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt um Valencia zu erkunden!

The hosts were incredible. Every interaction with them was lovely. They made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips. Would absolutely stay here again. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Location was convenient to walk to many places or get to public transit for things further away. Can't recommend enough.

Spacious renovated in Valencia’s historic center

Valencia has a long fascinating history and this apartment provides amazing space and tasteful design right in the middle of it all. You’ll be able to walk to all the sites and neighborhoods or just a short taxi ride if you choose. The apartment was well stocked with supplies in the kitchen bath and bedrooms. Enrique was patient with our late arrival and very helpful helping getting us situated. Note that Spain stays alive well into the night so if you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early then bring along whatever helps you fall asleep. We hope to visit Valencia again and hope Enrique and Margarita’s apartment is available!
