Despite the remote setting (in a residential quarter with other beautiful houses), it is just a 5-minute winding drive to the country road that connects Mandelieu-La Napoule (12km) and Fréjus (19km) whilst access to the A8 autoroute is around 10km away leading to Nice Airport (42km) in one direction and Aix-en-Provence (138km) in the other.
