This modern and stylish studio offers a cozy retreat for up to four guests. The spacious living area opens onto a large sun terrace with stunning views of the dunes, creating a serene atmosphere. A convenient double bed folds out from the closet, while a separate sleeping area features a bunk bed for two. The studio is entirely smoke-free and does not allow pets. Enjoy entertainment with a flat-screen TV, digital television, and a Blu-ray DVD player. Electric battery heating ensures comfort year-round, making it a perfect getaway in any season.

Located just steps from the dike and the beach, this studio is ideal for those seeking relaxation by the sea. Take a peaceful walk along the dunes or enjoy the nearby cafés and restaurants serving fresh seafood. Local markets offer regional specialties, while charming boutiques provide a great shopping experience. The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with scenic cycling and walking trails that showcase the beauty of the coastline.

Designed for both comfort and convenience, the studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a combi microwave/oven, dishwasher, and all necessary essentials for meal preparation. The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Situated on the second floor, the studio is easily accessible via a lift. A spacious terrace allows guests to unwind and take in the fresh coastal air.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
