This link detached property is a located approximately 15 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca. This three bedroom, two bathroom property, with a private swimming pool, provides the perfect base to relax and enjoy everything that Lanzarote and Playa Blanca have to offer.

INTERIOR
The front door opens to a hallway connecting to a fully fitted Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room and Master Bedroom.
Living Room:
The living room has 2 very comfortable sofas and a coffee table, enabling a relaxing area to enjoy the flat screen smart TV, satellite TV, including BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, Sky channels, box sets, films and much much more. The TV will also provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using your own subscriptions. USB C charging points available. Wifi provided at no additional cost.
Sliding patio doors lead directly out to the pool ad sun terrace area.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self-catering stay, including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave , large fridge/freezer ,coffee machine etc. Door leads to utility room, equipped with a washing machine.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor)
This bedroom has a queen size bed, stand alone wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps, together with plug sockets with USB A charging points. Air conditioned (coin operated). View to pool.
Bedroom 2 (First Floor)
This bedroom has twin beds, with a bedside table and reading lamp, fitted wardrobes, with pull out vanity mirror, and plug sockets with USB A charging points. Air conditioning (coin operated). Stunning mountain views.
Bedroom 3 (First Floor)
This bedroom has a queen size bed , bedside tables , reading lamps fitted wardrobes, with pull out vanity mirror, and plug sockets with USB A charging points. Air conditioning (coin operated). Stunning mountain views.
Upper Seating Terrace
At the top of the stairs, that lead to the bedrooms, a sliding door leads out to a chill out seating area, enabling quiet reading time or just relaxing and enjoying the stunning mountain views that are on offer.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
An outside table, with 6 comfortable chairs, offers al-fresco dining for those sunny mornings, or warm evenings and a Canarian brick BBQ is nearby, for the chef in your party.
This terrace is a great spot for a day spent by the pool, soaking up the sun’s rays in style, as you enjoy a glass or two of homemade sangria on one of the 6 sun loungers provided. Your very own private pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), is approximately 7.5m to 3.5m in size and 1.45m deep in all areas.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.
All air conditioning units are coin operated
An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Location:
This villa is near the Marina Rubicón, which is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
From here the town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is parking available at the front of the property.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Cots and High Chairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.


A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
