The holiday home "Villa Tania" boasts an excellent location in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea. The 110 m² house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a dishwasher, "3 bedrooms (one with a queensize bed, one with a double bed for 2 people and a single bed, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, and cable television. One of the highlights of the house is undoubtedly its beautiful outdoor area with views over the sea and the mountains. Here guests can take a dip in the pool and cool off on warm summer days, start their day with a delicious breakfast at the outdoor dining table of one of the terraces (covered/uncovered), prepare delicious dishes in the barbecue, or relax under the sun with a good book on one of the sunbeds. Due to its excellent location, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars and a small supermarket in a 7- 10 minute walk and the next sandy beach is Playa Blanca located a 10-15 minute walk away or 3 minutes away by car. Here guests can relax on the sand with a good book or swim in the sea. Guests can also go on a day trip to “Los Volcanes National Park” (24.4km; a 22-minute drive) or visit the “Jameos del Agua” natural and cultural space with beautiful caves, a restaurant and a museum (60 km; 56 minutes driving). The airport of the island is conveniently located just 27.9km or a 28-minute drive from the property.



The third bedroom, which features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, is located in a separate annex at the back of the property, with its own private entrance.

Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed.

The pool is not heated but it has a cover that maintains the water temperature and increases the temperature by 5 to 7 °C.

Villa Montana Roja

Villa on gated estate, own pool,spacious garden. Beg.Oct. estate was quiet. 2 outside covered dining areas. 2 comfy armchairs along with 6 sun beds, so plenty of outside seating. No air con but 3 fans provided.The beds were very comfy but pillows very low. Both shower, hand and pool towels were provided.villa has 2 bedrooms, one ensuite and one next to a bathroom. Showers were good and no issues with hot water provision. The third bedroom with bathroom,is the largest but that is accessed through its own separate front door with no access from the back garden or main part of the villa. Good for a couple wanting some privacy. Fridge/ freezer and add.fridge in 3rd room. utensils and pans were adequate. Lots cutlery & glasses. BBQ too but no light by it. No welcome pack provided, so no salt,pepper,oil, foil or cleaning products provided. There were dw tablets, sponge, cloth and tea towels. You are about 15 minutes walk to first bar on promenade, 1 hours walk out of town but there is a variety of good restaurants and supermarket with 7 minute walk. Recommend a car but buses and cheap taxis. Excellent communications with host Tania, who provided excellent local information.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Villa mit komfortabler Ausstattung, die einem schönen Urlaub garantiert. Unsere Gastgeber haben wir als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfunden.wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Amazing villa

We have just come back from a 4 week stay in this villa and I can honestly say it was the best holiday we have ever had. The villa is in a gated community which makes it very peaceful and quiet. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean, the outside terrace and pool area is fantastic with sea views and spectacular sunsets. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need including a very comfy bed. Bus stop is close by and a good selection of restaurants, bakery and a very well stocked mini market that bakes it own bread. Tania is a brilliant host. We had all the info we needed before arrival and Tania texted us after arrival to check everything was ok and to let her know if we had any problems. We had absolutely no problems while we were at the villa but knew that it would have been solved quickly anyway. Thank you Tania for an amazing holiday.

We have the best holiday, the villa was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious everything we needed was there.Definitely would recomended it.Pool area was great, loungers were very comfortable. The villa and pool area are large a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. We loved it, would definitaly go back. We alsco wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU TIANA being amazing and every helpful.

A Place to recharge

My partner and I stayed at this villa for a week early September, the property is larger than we thought and could hold 6 people easily and a large area for a dog(s) with kennel also. Communication with Tania the owner was excellent and she quickly replied to all our queries and was extremely helpful. The property has everything you would need for your stay, and is in a quiet complex, there are some neighboring villas who do have dogs but it wasn't a major issue. You do need a car to get about from here as it is not central, even though a taxi is about 5 euros to town. We enjoyed our stay here as we have been to this complex before, There are a couple of things that we thought should be added: An Ironing board A fan for the main bedroom (it got really hot in there at night) And some information of the island/local area, numbers to contact in an emergency, taxis etc, this would be helpful for anyone visiting the area for the first time. The only negative was we found that there were a lot of flies around and we tried quite a lot of products to get rid of them but not much worked, this maybe due to the time of year (we have never been to Lanzarote in September). The pool is not heated but by 5pm it was warm enough (for us) to use, perhaps a cover would help to heat it sooner. All in all we had a nice, relaxing time here, for the price we paid it was worth it and would put on our list to visit again. Thanks again Tania for all your assistance. Karen
