We are proud to present this 2-bedroom flat ideally located near Elephant and Castle!
The flat is located on the 1st floor and benefits from 2 bedrooms, each of which consists of 1 double bed. The mater bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom.
The flat benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and family bathroom consisting of a shower and toilet.
The flat also contains cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensils, a kettle, a toaster, an electric cooker, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing table.
We provide towels and linen. Please note that you must provide your toiletries and adapters.
The flat is less than a 14-minute walk away from Elephant and Castle Station and a 6-minute walk away from Kennington Underground Station.
Please note there is no lift inside the building.
Monday- Sunday
Check-in is from 3 pm-onwards. We operate via self-check in.
Please note that for any lost keys, there will be a charge of £200.00 which will need to be paid as the flat door lock will need to be replaced.
For any callout charges for example if you have forgotten your keys inside the flat. There will be a call-out fee of £50.00 which will need to be paid to the call-out agent.
We provide excellent housekeeping service
