Apartments Villa Dubrovnik feature set of accommodation units located in Cavtat, a quiet little town 20 min ride from Dubrovnik Old Town.

Private parking free of charge, available on site.

This lovely superior studio apartment with terrace can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.
It features one double bed and sofa that can be converted into bed for two. Further this studio is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi and SAT TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining and seating area.The terrace has a sitting corner and a lovely sea view.
Guests will have access to shared washing machine.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Apartment is located only 17 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the famous seaside promenade, ideal for those who enjoy the nature and long sunset walks. Grocery store and bakery can be reached within 900 meters. Old Town of Dubrovnik is 15,5 km away. Nearest bus stop is in meters range of the property.

Dubrovnik's main bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 18 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 4.2 km away.
