The Space

This charming first-floor apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and offers everything you need for a comfortable and secure stay in the very center of Florence.



Recently renovated and decorated with meticulous attention to detail, the apartment combines refined taste, design furniture, and modern comforts. The warm, earthy color palette creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere.



The space is clean, functional, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor of a historic building, the apartment includes:

A cozy living room with a double sofa bed, opening into a fully equipped kitchen that forms a bright, open space

A spacious master bedroom with a Queen-size bed and ample closet space

A second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a second double bed

A large family bathroom with a generous shower, located next to the master bedroom



The apartment features air conditioning throughout, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed fiber optic WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and more. A washer/dryer is also available.

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

I stayed here with my daughter ! Absolutely wonderful apartment & awesome location! The host was very helpful & responsive . I would definitively stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

great location, great apartment

We had a really great time in Florence. A lot of it had to do with the apartment's location and the beds' comfort! The evening view from the windows is perfect. Don't forget to visit the Church next door.

Beautiful Florence Apartment

Great location in Oltrarno near Ponte Vecchio and walkable to all the important sites in Florence - Duomo, Accademie Gallery (the David), Pitti Palace. Beautiful place and rooms are very quiet and dark for great sleeping!

Great apartment in a wonderful location!

The apartment suited us perfectly for our week in Florence. It’s right outside the Ponte Vecchio in a cute little piazza. It’s within walking distance to all Florence has to offer. It gets a bit warm in mid-July but the fan and AC units sufficed most of the time.

Location, Location, Location!

Very nice apartment at the end of the Ponte Vecchio bridge in San Spirito. Check in was a breeze and the beds, couches, chairs were very comfortable. The only negative was the sound that came from the apartment above. You could hear every step and sound from them talking walking until they went to bed. We used foam ear buds while sleeping and it worked!

Great location on quiet piazza

Contemporary stylish apartment, quiet bedrooms, good mattresses & sheets. Lumpy pillows. Repairs needed to washing machine, burnt-out lightbulb, doors not closing properly. Great gourmet supermarket around the corner, excellent wine bar a few steps away.

Fantastic property

We really enjoyed the apartment and set up during our recent stay. Timely and helpful communication from property management including arrangements for taxi to/from train station for 5. The apartment had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the washer dryer and multiple bathrooms. Also grateful for later check out on our final day which allowed for a more organized departure. We’d definitely stay here again if we are back to Rome with 5 or more in our group.

Right in the middle of everything

The apartment was exactly as described and its location is perfect! The kitchen eqipment is a hodgepodge of items not always matching up. TV and heating difficult to keep working. A great stay in Fireza, Thank you.

Charming and Location, Location, Location

This is a perfect spot in the heart of things, on a cute square, maybe 100 yards/meters from the ponte Vecchio. We traveled as a family of four with 2 of our adult children, visiting our daughter studying in the area. She has her own place where she stayed but could easily have crashed on the couch if we had needed. Enjoyed many of the shops nearby and happened into Boboli gardens and enjoyed an afternoon hike in the unexpected vastness we found there. Take your pick of shopping, restaurants, or tourist spots all within an easy walk.

Great location

The flat was great and the location very central. Check was terrible. We had to wait hours in the rain for someone to come unlock the flat. Luckily there was a nice (but outdoor) restaurant with bar just below so we could drink and have pizza while we waited. We were very wet once we finally got in.

Perfect location

The apartment is as cute as it looks the photos and is very comfortable. Beds are comfortable, a/c in every room, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, washing machine. Pitti palace/boboli gardens are about a two minute walk. Ponte Vecchio is also about a two minute walk in the other direction. Il Duomo is probably a 5-7 minute walk, and you pass by palazzo vecchio and Uffizi gallery in your way there. Great restaurants downstairs and the famous Gino’s bakery just outside of the piazza. If I come back to Florence I’ll 100% stay here again.

Great location- roomy apartment- great A/C

Location is great. A/C works well. Cafes out the front window in the piazza. This is not a noise issue with the windows closed and also does not affect the bedrooms which are located in the back of the unit. Both bedroom windows look out on dark passage way/ building. Not an issue for us because we had the windows closed and A/C on. Just a couple minor comments- supplies could have been more generous- for a 5 night stay the mini shampoo/body wash supplied was not adequate and more than the one trash can bag would have been helpful.

6 nights in Florence

Nice location and quiet sleeping at night. Problems were sewer gas smell in bathroom, and was difficult spending anytime in bathroom due to the sewer smell. uncomfortable beds, surly, man who checked us in,was close to an hour late, as we waited outside the apartment. No apologies for being late. We received several emails reminding us of late charges of 25E, every hour if we were late…….with no apology or updates to us, when he was late. Kitchen is minimal, very few dishes, and no written information on how to use the dishwasher,laundry, TV screen……so was useless during our 6 nights stay. Poor customer service all around. We do not recommend this apartment and would not stay here again.

Great Place to stay in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location is within walking distance of almost all of the sights of central Florence. There are great shops and restaurants nearby. The unit itself is the perfect size. Though located above two restaurants in the piazza, the noise was minimal with the windows closed and you couldn't hear it in the bedrooms. The beds are firm, but not uncomfortable. There is a combo washer/dryer machine but I wasn't sure how to use it. There is an inexpensive self-service laundromat nearby. The shower stall is quite small, but the water pressure is perfect. I did have some issues communicating with SweetStay. I never received an email for the second payment. But going through my first payment email I found a link, that wasn't clearly marked, that let me access my reservation and contact them easily through there. Ultimately, when it mattered, I was able to get in touch through the chat and they responded quickly. The same applies for Melanie, our check in host. She responded quickly and was able to meet us earlier than expected. This place really made our stay in Florence special and would recommend it to everyone.

Great Location But Unit in Disrepair

Living area had a broken down sofa so very difficult to be comfortable. No end tables so we were using dining chairs. Burnt out bulbs throughout. Insufficiently outfitted kitchen. Only 2 small coffee mugs for a unit that boasted up to 6 guests. No toilet paper, no paper towels, one dirty dish towel and no dish cloths. Only 2 towels allowed per person. Pillows were old and ragged and 4 of 8 didn’t have pillowcases. The polyester filling on one was leaking out. The bathroom was fine but the shower tiny so don’t drop anything! We contacted the host promptly with the list of problems and though they confirmed receipt, nothing was done other than a box of 6 mugs showing up 12 hours before we checked out. It’s a shame because the location is great and the unit charming. Other than the issue with the couch everything could have been dealt with cheaply. You can buy the bits missing for little and replacing that couch could make this a 5 star property.

Thanks for your feedback, even though your requests have been very intense throughout your stay. First of all the sofa bed is not broken, we have checked it thoroughly and could not find anything wrong with it. Also because it’s fairly new (it was purchased one year ago). We do provide a set of 6 pieces of everything, we apologise you found only 4 mugs out of 6. For 2 guests only, and with a dishwasher, this should have not been a major problem. Despite being in the busiest weekend of the year in FLORENCE, we did manage to bring a set of brand new 6 mugs. Also note that there are 2 extra foldable chairs for a total of 6 seats. What is strange, it’s even though you were officially only 2 guests you asked for items necessary for a bigger group of people. This made us think you had non authorised (and not paying) guests which is not really a honest thing to do.
