Elegant Duomo Apartment

Elegant apartment of 100 m2 next to the Duomo. On the first floor there is a large living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other one with two twin beds that can be joined into a king size according to the request of the guest, and one bathroom with hot tub. The apartment also has a sofa bed (that becomes two single beds) in the living room.

It offers a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, air conditioner and heating system.

It is on the third and last floor of a beautiful building with no elevator. It has a lot of space and natural light coming from the big windows. Clean sheets and towels are included and they will be provided according to the number of guests.

The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 5-15 minutes walking distance from all main museums and monuments.

The apartment, located only a few short blocks away from the Duomo, has all the amenities you need for a stay in Florence. It is beautifully laid out and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

It is a perfect location in the centre of town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. The only downside would be the stairs - a very big climb to the third floor.

Excellent communication, very friendly welcome. Great common area downstairs. 67 steps to enter and 13 to the bedrooms should be noted on the listing, this didn’t impact us at all but with little kids or older guests would be very difficult. Small bedrooms but comfy beds. Bathrooms are dated with just one shower and no counter space but plenty of hot water and nice to have two toilets. The location is second to none! Perfect location walking distance to absolutely everything in Florence- step outside the front door and you can see the Duomo right there. Best location I could imagine. A great winter getaway.
