🚗 There is no allocated parking, but paid outdoor parking is available on the streets on week-days, free at night and on week-ends from saturday noon to Monday morning 8am. If no luck, there is a covered paid parking, `Parking Indigo Victor Hugo` located 20 avenue Paul Doumer, in Beausoleil. It is about 4 minutes walk from the appartment.

🚫 No parties allowed. Kindly respect the neighbors` peace from 10pm to 8 am.

📅 Minimum booking: 3 nights.

Late check-out: May be possible until noon upon prior request, (20 euros extra charge).

After receving your booking confirmation, and close to your arrival date, we will send you your access code to enter your flat through a smart lock.

If you`re walking to or from Monaco, just a heads-up—there are stairs to reach the apartment via Escaliers Malbousquet (the shorter route). There`s also a slightly longer way with fewer stairs on the turn on rue Malbousquet. Either way, from the apartment, you`ll end up on Boulevard du Jardin Exotique in Monaco. If you`re traveling with small kids or have difficulty walking, please keep in mind the numerous stairs.
