The basement includes a private garage (one parking space), a convenient bathroom with shower, and a storage room. The mezzanine floor consists of a sunny kitchen with a dining area, a living room with two single sofa beds, and a lovely porch with a fireplace and direct access to the garden. The first floor features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a full bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, plus two covered balconies. Main amenities included: washing machine, heating, A/C, TV-sat, microwave, american coffee machine, and safe. Beach distance: 1.5km
