Great place

Nice flat with a great, kids friendly, pool in the community. A few minutes to the beach and shopping, and the surroundings is calm at the apartment. All in all - a very nice stay, nice manager and nice owner.

Wir hatten eine tolle Wochen in der schönen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Catia hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Anlage ist schön gelegen, der Pool ist ebenfalls schön und gepflegt, Liegen sind vorhanden. Die anderen Bewohner waren durchweg nett zu uns. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war super. Es wird sich viel Mühe gegeben, einen guten Aufenthalt zu haben, bei dem es an nichts fehlt.

Wir kennen das Appartement und die Anlage bereits von früheren Aufenthalten und kommen immer wieder gerne her. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Erholen ein.Entgegen einer anderen Bewertung möchten wir anmerken, dass sehr wohl Sonnenliegen für das Appartement vorhanden sind – sie sind gut sichtbar mit der Appartement-Nummer beschriftet und stehen direkt am Pool zur Verfügung.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war bei unserer Ankunft der Boden, der leider nicht ganz sauber war. Wir haben dies jedoch nicht gemeldet, da wir immer einen Bodenwischer dabeihaben und das schnell selbst beheben konnten. Sicher hätte sich der Ansprechpartner vor Ort umgehend gekümmert, wenn wir etwas gesagt hätten.Was die Atmosphäre am Pool betrifft, hatten wir leider den Eindruck, dort nicht ganz willkommen zu sein. Viele der umliegenden Appartements werden von ihren Eigentümern selbst genutzt, und man fühlt sich als Mieter schnell beobachtet und etwas fehl am Platz. Das hat das Poolerlebnis für uns etwas getrübt.Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt wieder einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Appartement absolut empfehlen.

Nettes Appartement in Gemeinschaftsanlage

Grundsätzlich war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Beschreibung passt und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr reizvoll ausgestattet. Für meine Verhältnisse war es etwas zu viel Dekoration, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. ;-) Dennoch hätte ich ein paar Anmerkungen: 1. Man sollte bedenken, dass das Appartement zu einer Gemeinschaftsanlage gehört, bei der größtenteils die Besitzer Ihren Urlaub verbringen. Dementsprechend wird man von den anderen Badegästen am Pool etwas seltsam angeschaut. Dazu kommt, dass der Hausmeister einem nachläuft und man sich rechtfertigen muss, wer man ist. Mein italienisch war nicht so gut, so dass es Probleme anfänglich gab. 2. Im Pool-Bereich soll es angeblich zwei Liegen für das Appartement geben. Wir haben jedoch keine gefunden, so dass wir nie am Pool mal entspannen konnten. 3. Auf die Nachbarschaft hat man zwar kein Einfluss und wir sind selbst mit einem Kind und einem Hund vor Ort gewesen. Jedoch waren unsere direkten italienischen Nachbarn derart laut, dass wir uns größtenteils am Tage nur während der Siesta draußen aufhalten konnten. Sonst war es einfach zu laut, so dass man nicht mal ein Buch lesen konnte. Das ist natürlich sehr schade, wenn man die Unterkunft wirklich nur zum schlafen hat.

Super Anlage und Wohnung

Leider sind am Poll keine Sonnenschirme erlaubt deswegen hatten wor fast jeden Tag Ärger mit dem Hausmeister. Es waren 90% der Liegen frei mal haben wir falsche Liege mal liegen wir am falschem Platz. Einheimische dürften machen was die wollen und der hat die nie angesprochen.Es wurden jeden Tag Hecken geschnitten somit hatten wir keine RuheWohnung super ausgestattete und sauber. Fahrräder müssten von uns hergerichtet.Leider hab ich mich durch den entstandenen Stress nicht erholt

Toller Ort zum Entspannen un einer gepflegten Anlage

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Apartment von Stéphane. Eine gute Lage mit viel Platz im freien in einem tollen Villagio mit ca. 100 Wohneinheiten. Alles war sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool bot uns eine schöne Nachmittahsbeschäftigung. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants (Ipolito = super) und die Gelegenheit, einzukaufen. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand - mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern auch gut zu schaffen. Ein Ausflug nach Venedig mit dem Zug von Latisana ist absolut empfehlenswert, sehr günstig und komfortabel. Am Bahnhof sind auch in der Hauptsaison sehr viele kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend mit allem ausgestattet und Stéphane ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Fabuleux séjour !

Appartement agencé avec beaucoup de goût et où rien ne manque. Nombreux détails, tels que le choix des plantations, les guirlandes lumineuses, les petits salons à différents endroits rendent le site très accueillant. La présence de plusieurs petits jardins permet d'alterner les moments de bronzette et les moments à la fraîche. Pour les sportifs il y a même des bicyclettes pour se rendre à la plage ! Et pour les amateurs de cuisine italienne il y a d'excellents restaurants à proximité. En résumé nous y retournons volontiers !

Sehr zu empfehlen. Eine wirklich sehr saubere, gepflegte und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Thema Strand dekoriert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte, es gibt sogar einen Geschirrspüler und eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Der Garten ist auch sehr gepflegt und lädt mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten dazu ein den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fast Perfekt

Schöner erholsamer Familienurlaub, der Pool ist natürlich gerade für Kinder sehr schön, alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man so für das tägliche benötigt, auch hier alles sauber und ordentlich. Jedes Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Klimaanlage für die besonderen heißen Tage. In der nähe sind auch wirklich sehr gute Restaurants und einen Shop die man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es wurde auch zeitnah auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war rundum zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß für uns 5 und es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Toll war für die Kinder vorallem der Pool. Lieben Dank an Catia, die sich gut um uns gekümmert hat und uns die An- und Abreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Tolle zwei wochen

Wir hatten wirklich zwei tolle Wochen. Die Wohnung ist uns in einem wirklich top Zustand übergeben worden. Der Check-in sowie der Check-out haben reibungslos gepasst. Die Dame ist wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Anlage ist auch Top. Zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca.6 Minuten.

On a adoré de A à Z, un vrai coup de cœur ! On s’y sent chez nous, on y était bien, notre chien aussi… l’endroit hyper propre, agréable et bien entretenu ! Toller Kurzurlaub

Toll ausgestattete und schöne Wohnung mit Garten in einer gepflegten Anlage. Super ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Es sind überall Mückengitter vorhanden und Klimaanlagen befinden sich in den Schlafräumen und im Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert.
