This detached elevated property with fabulous views in Paignton, Devon can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Elevated detached property with fabulous sea views. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size with great view and Smart TV, 1 x double room, 1 x bunk room with lovely view, bunks are suitable for children or teenagers. Family,baby friendly with travel cot (please bring own cot linen) and highchair. Shower room, walk-in shower, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC . Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Air fryer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Lounge with fabulous view and dining room seating for 6 guests. Patio doors to patio area with patio furniture available. Smart TV with Netflix, iplayer etc, guests need their own accounts and pease log out of apps before departure. Non-enclosed front garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs very welcome, dog bowls and toys available. Approx 1 mile from beach and railway station. Worker/business/company bookings welcome. Walkers, hikers sports groups welcome. Storage available for surf boards, golf clubs etc. WiFi, Gas heating, power,bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated parking place for 2 cars, one car on a steep paved driveway or parking for two cars at the top of the driveway for a 4 wheel drive that can easily go up a steep incline (please contact the owner if unsure). There is also on street parking avaiable at the bottom of the drive. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.8 miles, beach approx 1 mile, lake 1.4 miles. Note: Gas fire is not in use and is for display purposes only. Please note, the walk up to the property is quite steep and would not be suitable for customers with mobility issues. Please note, there is a CCTV outside the front and rear of the property for security, please contact owner pre arrival if you would like this switched off during your stay.
