A lovely, comfortable and well-located property in a very pleasant area. Overall, we had a good stay, although the standard of cleanliness was disappointing and is the main area that needs improvement. With better attention to this, the experience could have been excellent.

First, the location is outstanding. It is very convenient to everything, including many beautiful restaurants (as well as a bakery and a grocery store) outside the front door. It is easily walkable to other locations with a train nearby. The apartment is very cozy with a smart TV. There is some miscellaneous maintenance needed around the apartment, particularly in the bathrooms (caulking tub/shower, flooring update, etc.), but it was all very clean. The living and dining furniture seemed very new. It has some beautiful, historic millwork in the living room. --There was some confusion with check-in and communication, as several long messages were all coming in Spanish, which I was translating with AI. However, I was able to reach someone quickly and was let into the apartment remotely (since the app wasn't working for me — once in, there were keys). There was a problem with one of the toilets when we arrived, and someone came to fix it the evening of the second day. -While not all was perfect, it was a very comfortable place to stay, and the price was excellent --particularly for the area that it is in. Given the price and location, I would recommend it.
