THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN
The property is spread across three floors.

Ground Floor:
Lounge – Two large comfortable sofas, coffee table, Smart TV, and a flame-effect electric wood burner for cosy evenings in- - not currently in use.
Kitchen/Dining – Open-plan with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dining table with chairs, and a stable-style door opens out onto the enclosed patio area.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 – King-size bedroom with a walk-in closet, bedside tables with reading lamps.
Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds, wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps.
Bathroom – Family bathroom featuring a shower over a bath, hand basin and toilet.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3 – King-size bedroom, bedside tables with reading lamps, dressing table and chair, and a walk-in wardrobe.
A stylishly decorated en-suite featuring a shower, toilet, and hand basin.

OUTSIDE
Private Patio – Enclosed patio area with fold-away tables and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.
Parking – Ample roadside parking (subject to availability).
Pets – Guests may bring up to 2 pets at £25 per pet, per stay. Pets must be added during checkout or later via the Guest Portal.

Nice house in a great location. Not exactly toddler friendly but would be good for bigger kids. Cleanliness I would say was good at surface level (beds, bathrooms kitchen etc). Wearing white socks or having toddlers playing reveals the floor needs a much more thorough clean.
