Rear decking area with furniture, Big Green Egg BBQ and Wood fired pizza oven. The bedrooms consist of a ground floor double with an en-suite shower room, a twin with an en-suite shower room which can be a king size on request, a king size with harbour views and a double bedroom serviced by a shower room. An additional family shower room. You'll find a shop, pub, and beach in 0.1 miles, along with a lake in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. There is a hairdryer available. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. EV charging is available via app payment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Please note: Over Christmas and New Years this property has a three night minimum and can not accommodate change overs on Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Boxing day, New years eve or New years day. Bunk beds will be an available in the interconnecting family room until November 2026. Until November 2026 the property can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children. Following November the occupancy will be up to 8 as there will be no bunk beds.
