Modern high end villa with pool 2km from sea

A stunning villa awaits you here, nestled in the hills of southern Apulia, approximately 2 km from the sea. Situated on an 11,000 sq m estate, the villa offers maximum comfort and privacy, modern design, and a large private pool.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with a private shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with a double (190x160cm) and a single bed (190x70cm). The modern kitchen, equipped with an induction stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, offers everything you need to prepare your meals.

Elegant solid wood furniture and simple, colorful, locally produced ceramic figurines complete the visual experience.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated in winter. Mosquito screens on the windows, a private washing machine and free Wi-Fi are provided.

The pool (approx. 12 x 3.5 m) is generally open from March to November. The property is fully fenced. Ample private parking is available on site.

A restaurant is located a few hundred meters from the villa. The nearest supermarket is in the town of Morciano di Leuca, about 1 km away, where you'll also find several delicious bakeries, including "Nadia," whose fantastic taralli are guaranteed to make you addicted!

The coastal town of Torre Vado is about 2 km away and offers several restaurants as well as the opportunity to stroll along the sea in the evening. The nearest sandy beaches are in Pescoluse, about a 5-minute drive from the villa. Popular attractions and sights such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, and Lecce can be easily reached in 15-45 minutes by car.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €100 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,40 on 10/10/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.

We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
