The house was perfect for our family of 3 over spring break. The pool was great and did not need to be heated during our stay. The house was clean and convenient to shopping, hiking and nearby attractions. Amazing public tennis and pickleball courts 5 minutes away at the city park. The kitchen could use a few more items like coffee grinder, baking sheet & big pot but otherwise had what we needed. Would definitely come back again.

the League's wanted a place in the desert to celebrate a daughter's graduation. We're glad we could offer them La Case Tranquila. They were great to host.
Overall a great house to stay in. We struggled with finding cleaning supplies to clean up the house while we were there for the week long stay but other than that it was a great stay

Tiffany's family wanted some pool time in the desert. We were happy to provide it for them. We hope to do it again.
We loved the location of the house, just a block away from many hiking trails. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was very comfortable with a nice TV area and nice outside eating area.
What a gem. Quiet, close to our venue as well as downtown and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and enjoyed this house. Thank you

Great location!
Our hosts Terry and Sandra were very pleasant and accomadating. The location was great, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of miles of trails.
Quiet neighborhood and very good location. Bedrooms and baths were clean but trash was not emptied in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was borderline: Greasy countertops and appliances, windows and tables had dust, greasy fingerprints and dried food. Fridge was not very clean either. Little cleaning products available too (no windex with 3 glass tables!) and the kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. Floors were sticky. The house and outdoors overall are cute but could use a bit of TLC. No functioning lights outside by the pool. The tenant cannot change the AC temperature which is controlled by the property manager which is very unusual in a rental. We recommend you get a new property manager or cleaning crew it would make the experience a nicer one!
Great house with exceptional Mountain View. Had a wonderful time.

Great location and space
Location was good for our trip and house was well kept - did not use the pool and did not see a hot tub which was on the listing.
Dirty fridge with half-drunk Dr. Pepper and milk still in it, dirty sink, laundry basket dirty, washer & drier dirty, FIlthy coffee pot, camera in living room watching and listening, whole house is run down, A/C is "smart", which means you need to text manager your requests, but think he heard us from the nanny-cam. No bathroom fans, and much more!!No response from manager, though owner was responsive, he never acknowledged our complaints other than offering to come and clean while we were out, but apparently he had cleaned the day before, and that was unimpressive.Road works prohibited us from parking at house one day. Owner knew it would be one day that week, but did not warn us. He offered to pay for Lyft, then offered to drive us, but not a comfortable option. So bad that we left a day early. It would be nice if he offered a partial refund.
This home was gorgeous and clean! We loved our stay here. My only *minor* complaint is that the pool had a lot of little waterbugs in it. I understand that this could be a seasonal phenomenon - we were there in October- or could be really hard to prevent, but it was a little distracting. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful!
The house was sparkling - the kitchen was sparkling - the 3 dining areas were sparkling. What a lovely setting with the Mountains overlooking the pool and the 3 murals on the outside walls. And would you believe - 2 dishwashers!!!
A treat for everyone who rents this lovely house.
Location of property is good if you’re into hiking as the house is close to several trails. Cleanliness of house was questionable, there was no soap in the bathrooms to shower with. The paint job on the walls inside the house was very strange, this of course did not affect our stay, but it was very noticeable. Our stay was good but could have been a lot better.
Good house with a nice location for hiking and running
house as listed. master is fantastic and other room well suited, the 2x twin are ideal for kids not another adult. Manager was responsible and house had what we needed for a short work meeting.

Julie's group came to the desert to participate in the triathalon. We were happy to provide some rest and relaxation. They were excellent guests. We would love to host them next year.
No attention to guest experience. I'll keep this brief:- Washing machine was out of order. No warning, no response from host when I mentioned this. Spent a bunch of vacation time and money at the laundromat. - very few pots and pans, what was there was very dirty. Cups and plates stick to the shelves. Human hair all over the dining room table. Kitchen not fit to cook in. Again, no response from host when I sent photos and complained about the unsanitary conditions. - no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. We had to go to the store to buy these basics after we arrived.- Towels provided did not smell fresh. We had no way of washing them, had to overnight towels from Amazon.- lighting inside needs improvement. - other than toilet paper and paper towels, no basic household items like foil or plastic wrap. Had to shop and bring those in. I'd like to give this one star, but the house itself is older, but nice in a quirky way. If the owners were attentive at all, or had ever stayed at an VRBO themselves, this could be a fun place to rent. As it is now, it's not.

Pool heating is extra
Exorbitant charge for heating pool. Don’t count on using it unless it’s hot out.
Owner didn't know we booked a stay at vrbo. Not sure why, but we drove all the way there and were told to leave by the onsite manager.
15yrs anniversary. We went home.
100% refund was all that was given.
