Once working cow sheds, these charming stone cottages have been thoughtfully transformed into cosy luxury holiday retreats, character-filled retreats with a touch of industrial rustic charm. . All on the Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Smart TV, Patio Doors Leading To Garden

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (Gas). Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the unfenced river.. With one double and one twin bedroom, plus a modern bathroom featuring a shower cubicle and heated towel rail, there’s ample space to unwind.

Outside, enjoy your enclosed garden with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for soaking up countryside views across the owner’s land and the peaceful riverbank. Just 15 minutes from Aberaeron, you’re ideally located for both coastal adventures and scenic rural walks.

The area surrounding Lampeter and Aberaeron offers a delightful mix of rural charm, coastal beauty, and cultural interest—ideal for guests looking to unwind or explore.The nearby town of Lampeter has two supermarkets for your convenience and a selection of takeaways. There is an independent butchers, bakers, and greengrocer, alongside a health shop with a vegan and vegetarian café and takeaway.

There are also a few independent coffee shops serving local artisan coffees and cakes. Every two weeks a market is held in the grounds of the university selling home made goods and foods.

A short drive away, the harbour town of Aberaeron welcomes visitors with its colourful Georgian houses, boutique shops, and welcoming seaside atmosphere. Sample award-winning ice cream, savour fresh seafood, or enjoy a drink by the water. Don’t miss the scenic clifftop walk from Aberaeron to New Quay, offering panoramic coastal views and opportunities to spot dolphins.
