This beautiful duplex flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people and is distributed over two floors connected by interior stairs.
The main floor has a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a 55" Smart TV and a dining area. From here there is access to a nice terrace equipped with table, chairs and stunning sea views, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. There is a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access to a balcony with sea views, which is shared with a room prepared as a work area, equipped with ceiling fan and desk, perfect for teleworking in comfort. The secondary bedroom offers two single beds, wardrobe and also air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub and bidet for added comfort.
