The building has an elevator and the apartment has internet access via Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, so that your stay is comfortable in any season of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped, which will allow you to enjoy quiet breakfasts or light dinners at home.

· 3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR
In the event that a face-to-face Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
