Great location on harbor!

This house is located perfectly! The boat lift is convenient for keeping the boat out of the water when you're done for the day. Plan on loading or unloading anything with the boat in the water, once the boat is up on the lift its not easy to get in or out of it. The house was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed throughout our stay. There was even a second refrigerator in the garage where we was able to keep ice so we didn't have to go get it every day. Easy walking distance to Osteen beach or even down to the end of the point to the lagoons at the pass. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and communicated well. We had a wonderful trip.

Destin Harbor Gem

If you are ever in need of a place in Destin harbor where you can also keep your boat than look no farther. This is the best townhouse in the area. The place is extremely clean well equipped and easy to get to both by boat and by car.

Good stay

We enjoyed staying in this townhome. Perfect for our large family and we enjoyed being able to bring our Pontoon down to go to Crab Island everyday. The host was super nice and prompt to respond to any messages. Will stay here again.

Not as expected

We have stayed in this area previously and what I would say is not all are the same at all. This property was very inconvenient - several flights of stairs just to get in then once in to get to the water you had to go down several more flights of stairs - so when you have kayaks, paddleboard. fishing rods etc this is not convenient and will all the coming and goings - also the 2 king rooms share a bathroom - the room that is off of the kitchen does not have working TV and the shower in that restroom is just a very narrow stand up shower. When we arrived things were not picked up from previous renter -grill was filthy - there is no other table at the property other then the one outside and balcony - the umbrella is ripped and umbrella stand is broke so you can't use those - I think this property could use alot of TLC , was not at all what we had expected.

Great Condo in DESTIN

Property was everything it stated to be. Very clean & boat slip with lift was a huge PLUS with our FPC membership / Poker Run Event. Access to the bay in minutes from boat slip! Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend if you're a boat enthusiast or just wanting a beach getaway.

Boating 2023

We had a great stay and it was definitely a plus bringing our boat. We only took the truck to town for groceries. Everything else was in the boat. Snorkeled local reefs. Swam with stingrays. Seen all the sharks and dolphins we wanted. Caught some fish too.

Perfect location!

We could not have found a better place to stay! There may be many stairs but the location and accommodations were beyond perfect! We were steps away from our boat out the back door and a short boat ride to Crab Island. The place was very clean and the place stayed cold which we definitely enjoyed! Seriously cannot recommend this place enough especially if you are wanting to bring your boat!

Perfection🥰

Our group had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Plenty of room to spread out, the pictures don't do the size of the space justice! The decor was exactly as you'd expect for a beach vacation, super cute. Comfiest couch with a view you cant beat! The beds were all comfortable as well. The downstairs dock area was so convenient for pontoon boat rental and water taxi pick up. Also has an outdoor fridge. The beach is right down the road. You can mostly see the fireworks from the deck. Can't ask for much more! Would stay again. 🙂

Great for boaters

Great location in Destin harbor. Boat slip plenty big. Condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Already planing on booking again next year.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful. She was able to help us resolve an AC concern very quickly! We loved the area and the home was nice and comfortable for our family.

Nice place and convenient

The house was nice and accommodating. One thing that could be better was the lack of tv in bedrooms and not having any local channels and or cable. Overall was a nice place. We also took it upon ourselves to clean the back porch and door as they were covered in mildew.

Wonderful view and easy access to everything, would have loved if a boat was an available option for rent since the dock was there, but we rented one out in town. Would highly recommend to friends

If you're bringing your own boat, this place is Gold!

This place was perfect for what we had planned, as it had its own slip with a lift. Among other things, we could easily go out and fish or wake up and head over to Crab Island for relaxation! The location is key and the size is desirable when with a medium sized group that likes to have additional space. We had a group of 5 but could have easily added a couple more folks comfortably. The property manager was readily available when needed and responded timely to any questions. It appears that there might be a couple of cosmetic upgrades in the process of being made (Grill/outdoor patio umbrella), but nothing that really hindered any activity! We would definitely consider staying here again.
