Located on Molokai’s West End in Kepuhi Beach Resort, our beautifully remodeled ocean-view condo has everything you need to experience your aloha paradise. The king size bed in the bedroom loft and accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably. Enjoy the sunset over the ocean while relaxing on the lanai or from the beach just a few steps away.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, complete with ice crusher/blender. The granite island creates an open atmosphere for meal preparation and socializing- perfect for cocktails and evening relaxation. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and 2 flat screen TVs w/cable in the living room (smart TV) and loft. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer and beach towels, chairs and a cooler for your convenience.
The resort grounds are immaculately manicured with palms, beautiful flowering shrubs and fragrant plumeria trees. Community gas BBQ grills are located on the lawn in front. A short walk to the oceanfront pool allows for relaxing and makes a great vantage point to watch whales and surfers in the winter as well as beautiful sunsets all year round.
The beach in front is great for surfing/boogie boarding in the winter months and perfect for swimming/snorkeling in the summer months. Trails to many other beaches are within walking distance from the complex where Monk seals are commonly found sunbathing. Dixie Maru Beach is a short drive with a protected beach for swimming/snorkeling most days of the year. Molokai’s East end offers more hiking, and snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding all year around.

Million Dollar View but a Caution to Elderly

The view from the lanai is gorgeous. However, you are at the far end of island so restaurants and major groceries are a 20 minute drive away. A major issue for the elderly is the bedroom is upstairs but the bathroom is on the first floor.

Everything you need on Molokai

First visit to Molokai and this was the perfect home base. Nancy and Ted have thought of everything a renter could possibly need. We did our grocery shopping right after we landed and found everything we needed to make all our meals in the very well-equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the attention to detail including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and small cooler. The only drawback of the whole experience is that the condo is in a complex with boarded up buildings. The grounds are lovely and well-tended, but the abandoned structures are a little sad to see. All in all we would still absolutely recommend Ted and Nancy’s condo and would stay here again when we return.

Love Molokai

Property was very nice! Perfect ocean view and we loved hearing the waves at night. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensils you need. Nice dishes and pots and pans. They even provide beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling equipment and boogie board. The condo was very comfortable and clean It was perfect for us

Amazing unit. Very pleasant to hang out all day. Condo is updated, breezy and in a beautiful area! Love the openness of the layout and closeness of beach, pool, small shop. Perfect get away!

Great location/Great condo

This property had an excellent location, beautiful view, close to pool. short walk to ocean and easy access to local sites. A bit "dated", but true to the pictures and had a good layout for 6 adults. I would recommend the pull-out couch for small children vs adults though. Quick response to any questions and easy directions and access to condo. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect in every way

This condo was well equipped with every little thing you could ever need during your stay. And it was quality, too. :) Nice dishes, nice beach towels, very comfy bed, lots of spices and kitchen implements, etc. We were there during a historically cold and windy week and found the lanai was completely out of the wind; perfect for sitting and watching and listening to the crashing waves. We would definitely stay there again!

Retirement Trip

Great place to stay. There was a little hiccup at first, but the owner was quick to respond and then it was smooth sailing afterward. Condo was well stocked and you can’t beat the views and tranquility.

One of the nicest units in the complex.

Unit is well kept and stocked. I will rent it again in the future. For those with disabilities, keep in mind the unit has stairs.

Molokai family reunion

We had a wonderful visit to Molokai. It was our first time there and we met family from Alaska. Our condo was amazing! Beautiful view from the lanai, very comfortable and convenient. The beach is so close, you can hear the waves. The kitchen is really well equipped so preparing meals was easy. We loved this place and hope to return!

Ted and Nancy’s place is lovely. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a close 5 min walk to the beach. Their place has all the amenities needed. It’s beautifully decorated. They are excellent hosts and responded quickly when I had questions. I highly recommend their condo in Molokai.

Just as described. Very responsive hosts. Clean. Well-stocked kitchen and unit. We have stayed on Molokai and in the same complex three times. This is our favorite unit. We will be back!

Wonderful dose of old Hawaii

A bit surreal with many of the condo’s abandoned and falling apart nearby, but the unit we stayed in was well maintained, had a good view and was perfect location wise for walking to a few beautiful untouched beaches. We were concerned that the lack of AC would be detrimental for sleeping, while we were there it was plenty cool at night. You will need to plan and procure meals since the nearest restaurant is 20-25 minutes away. The small store on site had an amazing variety of food available. We loved it!

Perfect oasis while on Molokai

This condo was an absolute dream. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and well stocked. It was the perfect paradise during my four days on Molokai. It is a 30 minute drive from the main town, but the drive is beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on a trip. The lofted bedroom did get a bit warm, but they provided plenty of fans to help draw cool air in from the windows. I plan on staying here again the next time I’m on Molokai.

Lovely Molokai

Our accommodation was great! We loved breakfast on the lanai watching the surf and the whales and the rustling palm trees. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler!! Thank you!

Great location , Molokai is so much more quiet and non-touristy than the the other islands. Our condo was clean and had all the needed elements from cooking supplies to internet and even Netflix. Well done Ted and Nancy

Enjoyable stay in Molokai

This was our second time at Ted & Nancy’s place. The condo has a wonderful view and it is nicely supplied with the things you’ll need during your stay. They are very responsive to questions and requests. We very much enjoy the extremely laid back, quirky vibe of Molokai

Immaculate beautiful place

So many details that add up to a very comfortable stay. The pots and pans and dishes are high quality, the knives are sharp, there is a smart TV downstairs and also one upstairs so you can watch a movie on the very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is icing on the cake. The owners, Ted and Nancy couldn’t be nicer. So helpful and easy. We left a couple of nice “floaties” for the pool. They have a great blender……everything you could ever want or need! I would definitely stay there again. Sheree

Great place for a week’s visit

This condo and the owners are great. The property has some buildings that are unoccupied and falling into disrepair but the property is still well kept. This unit has a great kitchen with anything you’d need. Everything was comfortable and quiet although there us a friendly gecko who occasionally shrieks so having ear plugs, if you’re a light sleeper, might help. The lanai is amazing with an incredible view. Appreciated having Netflix although we didn’t watch it. The beach is gorgeous but rocky. We wanted to use the boogie board (and fins!) that were available in the condo but ended up chickening out due to wave size and rocks. That said, all the local kids didn’t seem scared at all. This is the place for relaxation. We loved it!

Very nice condo with lovely view of the garden and the ocean. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, shampoo, etc provided. Hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive. Had a wonderful stay. If you want luxury, Molokai is not your special island, but we love it for the low key life style.

A very fine find

Good location, view and a accommodations. Well stocked, incredible amount of spices for any gourmet cook. Instructions detailed and simple to follow. Would go back again. We walked down to a bench to watch for green flash (yes!)every night. Magical.
