BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Single-storey semi-detached house in a low-density residential condominium, with privileged views of the Old Course golf course.

This small, yet cosy, house was completely renovated in 2020 and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining room with access to a sunny terrace.

Air conditioning, free WiFi, public outdoor parking.

Ideal for those with a special interest in golf, nature, and tranquillity, who value quality time, just a 5-minute drive from the prestigious Vilamoura Marina.

PARKING

PROPERTY RULES

• No smoking.

• No parties or events allowed.

• Groups under 25 years of age are not permitted.

• No pets allowed on the property.

• Respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Do not exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (including children).

• It is not permitted to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

• Should rules not be adhered to, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, with no right to a refund.

CHECK-IN

Daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• €30.00 (additional cost): Late arrival from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• €50.00 (additional cost): Late arrival from 11:00 PM onwards. Guests must inform SAPvillas in advance of their estimated arrival time. If you arrive before 5:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.

CHECK-OUT

By 11:00 AM. Please inform us at least one day in advance if you plan to leave before 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.
