El Chamizo is a charming villa located in the San Jaime urbanization by Benissa coast, a very quiet residential area just 2 km from the center of Moraira, a charming coastal town with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, along with beautiful coves and beaches. Settle in while enjoying beautiful sea views from the terrace, experiencing the essence of the Mediterranean holiday experience. The villa is just 1.2 km from the Pepe la Sal shopping center and 500 meters from the Ifach Golf Course and its tennis courts.
The exterior entrance offers parking for two cars, which leads to a spacious terrace with a private pool (heated at an additional cost), surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor furniture, two covered terraces for shelter from the sun, which can also be closed with glass curtains in the wintertime.
