Finca Xesca

Finca Xesca is nestled in the picturesque village of Biniaraix, between the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains and only about 2 kilometers from the charming town of Sóller.

In this beautiful traditional Majorcan house, you enjoy total tranquility while the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains around you create a stunning scene for your unforgettable holiday.

Upon entering the house, you will find a typical Majorcan "entrada.” From here, taking some steps up, you can access the beautiful dining room and adjacent, fully-equipped kitchen.

The light-flooded living room in the basement, with access to the garden, is a relaxed space with comfortable sofas and an exceptional view of the pool terrace.

On the first floor, you will find a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning and a view of the pool. There are also two modern bathrooms on this floor. The third bathroom has access from the pool terrace.

On the second floor, two more bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

At Finca Xesca, there are many options for enjoying the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle. A large outdoor pool area with sun loungers offers plenty of space to chill out and bask in the sun overlooking the leafy valley below.

The big dining table provides an excellent spot for long lingering lunches with family or friends.
There’s also a huge barbecue for guests to grill their favorite dishes and enjoy them in the beautifully calm outside setting.


The large plot is mainly planted with typical Mediterranean plants, avocado and lemon trees.

The house disposes of private parking space for two cars.

The pretty town of Sóller is about a 2 km drive away; here, you can enjoy exquisite restaurants that invite you to taste the local food and wine and an atmosphere of rural peace.
