Located only 100 meters from the soft sands of Playa de Melenara and 250 meters from Playa de Salinetas, the home is perfectly situated for beach lovers. A nearby supermarket (Spar Salinetas) and restaurants such as El Rincón de Paqui (200 m) offer convenient access to essentials and local cuisine. The Clavellinas bus stop is just 350 m away, making exploring the island effortless.

Inside, the house features a bright living space, a 4 m² private terrace, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The little terrace gave us fresh air each morning while enjoying our coffee from the provided machine. A quiet location plus convenient bus stop made getting around very easy.
