Unique studio with Breathtaking views in St Pauls
Welcome travellers to our beautiful studio situated in the town of St Pauls, offering one of the best views on the island while also being close to all main attractions and entertainment options.
The studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, a Kitchenette, sofa, private bathroom and a private balcony capturing the stunning seaview.
Easy access to churches, beaches, restaurants even the main area is at a walking distance.
High-speed wifi and use of ac included.
We ensure that you stay connected throughout the whole stay with high-speed wifi. Air conditioning also available to use and temperature can be adjustable to your liking.
Kitchen| The kitchenette includes a hot pan to heat up food, a hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer as well as storage space.
Living area| A beautiful area, all seafront with a comfortable sofa + WIFI. Also accessible is one of the nicest terrace in St Pauls, with breathtaking views where our guests can relax, eat and enjoy the scenery. The terrace is also fully equipped.
Bedrooms| The home is a STUDIO With a comfortable Murphy Bed on top of Sofa.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and towel's. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| A full bathroom with shower.
Apartment is equipped for short or extended stays.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of this home.
The home location forms part of St Paul's islands, beautiful to say the least. Just down the road is also swings and slides, perfect for family or just to hang out.
Also within walking distance you will find convenience stores, the beach and also the beautiful promenade apart from all the super tasty restaurants.
The apartment is situated in the heart of St Pauls making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.
For those renting a car, you can easily find free street parking.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
