To protect against potential damage to the property, our booking terms and conditions offer two options for the security deposit:

Non-refundable damage waiver: £25, processed through a Stripe link.
The non-refundable damage waiver of £25, provides coverage for any potential damages during your stay, including accidental damage for small incidents such as broken glasses, utensils, plates, mirrors, stained towels, etc.

Refundable deposit: £250, requested through Airbnb and refunded after your departure and inspection by our cleaning team.
