Located in the "El Romaní" neighborhood in Catalonia — a high-standard, quiet, and residential area — just a 10-minute walk from the Calafell and Sant Salvador beaches.

This air-conditioned house/chalet features 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The property also offers a private hot tub.

Enjoy a magnificent flat plot of 300 m², A/C, and an XXL SPA Jacuzzi (5 x 2 meters). The extraordinary outdoor space allows you to enjoy the Costa Dorada’s climate well beyond summer — from April to December.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our base rental rate includes everything necessary for a great experience. However, if you'd like to add extra services, please see the associated costs below:

Important Information Regarding Fees and Payments
Cleaning Fees:

Stays up to one week: final cleaning fee of €150.

Two-week stays: mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, 2 cleaners) for €80; final cleaning at the end of the second week: €150.

Monthly stays: three mid-stay cleanings (each mid-week) for €80 each; final cleaning at the end of the stay: €150.

Tourist Tax: €1 per adult/day (for the first 7 days only).

Low Season (Oct 15 – Apr 15): heating/electricity/gas supplement of €75/week, based on actual consumption. Monthly stays have a supplement of €400/month.

Late Check-in:

From 8:00 PM to midnight: €45 supplement.

After midnight: €70 supplement.

XXL Jacuzzi (up to 8 people):

€450 per week (April 15 – October 15).

€300 per week (October 15 – April 15).
