Location:
You’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from Plymouth Hoe, the historic Barbican, and ferry connections. Local buses and Plymouth train station offer onward travel. Shops, pubs, and restaurants are right nearby.


Parking: Free parking is available on the opposite side of the road. Please note that the side of the street directly outside the flat is for permit holders only, so be sure to park on the correct side to avoid a fine.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
