Located @ Port Salerno area of Manatee Pocket (Rocky Point). Salerno Pines Boat Basin (SPBB) N2 dock and also slip next to lil house, your choice. SPBB feeds to Manatee pocket to crossroads of St. Lucie and Indian Rivers at Sandsprit Park. East of crossroads leads to St. Lucie Inlet.
North leads to Stuart, Jensen Beach area.
Indian River going south is west of Atlantic Ocean and Jupiter Island.
Plenty of waterways to explore for fishing or swimming.
Our fully furnished lil house is small, simple, uncluttered.
• Comfy bedrooms (one is queen and other is full), love seat pull out bed in living room and rollaway if needed.
• Wi-fi/ cable tv
• Boat slip on basin dock is sheltered and safe fits up to 28' (N2). Need to back boat in (no lift).
Small slip at lil house smaller boat 20-24’ and some guest have tied up at wall at foot of lil house yard
Prepare meals and snacks in tidy, fully equipped kitchen
Nice restaurants in Port Salerrno

• Coffee maker, toaster
• Washer and dryer in carport closet
• Quiet private lane
• Carport (1 car) - side parking area has 2 spaces for boat trailer or two car spots.

Martin County is a unique area. Still small town feeling and places to explore.
Prior to arrival will send door code. Only key is for slip at SPBB gate.

Location was perfect for our extended family during the holiday season. So much to do in Port Salerno. When you don’t want to go to one of the many restaurants, the kitchen was newly updated and well equipped!

Fishing Trip Spring Break

Springbreak trip to charter fish. Location was ideal to the marina and boys got to fish off dock next to house. Host was gracious and very responsive.

Great place fishing trip

One of the best locations in Manatee pocket to bring your boat and fish, Golf, entertain, etc. Wonderful host with easy communication. This is our second time staying there, and we love it.

Great place to stay!

Angelita was wonderful to work with. The location is great for biking and walking. We visited Maggies Hammock and Twin River daily. We also went to Jonathan Dixon state park and Hobe beach. Nice and clean with good amenities

Great location for boating

A great weekend get away for boating. We brought out 23’ ft. Boat and were able to keep the boat in the slip by the house. Recommend launching the boat from Sandsprit park. The launch close by the house Owen is for smaller boats but we were able to launch there at high tide. House is very tidy and perfect for short get away. Owner is very good communicating if you have any questions.

Sweet Lil House

Perfect getaway, minutes from Port Salerno. Quick boating access to Manatee Pocket. Adequate slip space for up to a 20' boat. We'll be back next year!

Recently remodeled, private boat slip, all of the amenities needed for a great trip.

This house has been recently remodeled. Very clean and has everything you need for your trip. I was very impressed by all of the amenities and private boat slip. Angelita was more than accommodating and I would recommend this rental to anyone. A+

Great spot.

This is a cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area. Boat access is easy (on the water). Parking a trailer next to the house is very, very tricky because of narrow driveway. Host is very responsive and considerate.

Good rental

The location was what we wanted, convenient to things we wanted to do. The interior of the house is in very good condition. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with great appliances. There were some deferred maintenance items including challenging door locks and window drapes but none caused us any significant problems. The neighbors were very friendly and 2 neighbors had giant turtles that you could pet and feed.

Clean, Cozy & Comfortable

This was my second stay in Angelita's cottage, escaping the Wyoming winter and visiting family. This year I was pleased to see that the key entry had been replaced with an electronic lock, making coming and going easy with a 4-digit code. Otherwise, I can add nothing to my review of last year. It is still as clean, cozy and comfortable as ever, and I plan to return for a third visit next year!

Cozy cottage getaway

My wife and I loved this little place, quiet, comfortable and cozy we’re the words we used during our week stay. The home has been tastefully renovated, and had everything thing we needed, Angelita was a wonderful host and very responsive. When we arrived she met us at the house and showed us where everything was. We brought out 18’ Flats Boat with us and I was able to back it down the narrow drive with no issue, and there was plenty of room for it next to the house. The place does come with a boat slip located in a well protected cove behind the property, although we didn’t use it this time around. We will be retuning in the future, Stuart is a wonderful area, with some of the best fishing on the east coast. There’s plenty to do though if fishing isn’t your thing. Fine dining, beaches, shopping, walking, paddle boarding, etc. You will love it!

Great location in small fishing village

Planned our yearly sailfish fishing trip and decided to stay on the water and chose this property. It is in the heart of Port Salerno and the waterfront. The house was perfect and we enjoyed ourselves. The host is easy to get along with and helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay again

We are close by if needed. We have great memories in this house and lived here while our house was being built. Now, we are retired and have made our lil House available Our family wants you to have a peaceful visit and enjoy our location.

Why they chose this property

This was our family's first house on Rocky Point. We've kept in the family due to access to the Manatee Pocket in Martin County, Florida. From your boat slip it is a short ride to Sandsprit Park, Crossroads of the Indian River and the St. Lucie River and ocean Inlet. Centrally located easy drive to Stuart and West Palm Beach and away from busy traffic.
No extra fee to use dock it's in the rate.

What makes this property unique

Downtown Port Salerno has several restaurants on the water and on the main street.
Want seafood? Must try P3's Pinch Pull Peel 205 SW Monterey (4.5). and new restaurant on Monterey and Kanner Hwy./Monterey Plaza. Cajun Seafood Boil. Fresh, tender and tasty. I will buy your an appetizer "cheese curds" boil.
I also, personally, recommend a call for a pick-up from Basin Seafood.
Stuart downtown has much to offer and is a must for shopping and treats.
