In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property.

This beautiful single level home sits on just under 300 feet of lakefront property overlooking gorgeous Lake Hamilton. The location just off the main channel on a quiet cove with little boat traffic makes this house perfect for swimming and outdoor activities, house comes with 2 Kayaks for enjoying the lake. The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2 decks and a lovely sunroom with which to enjoy the evening sunset. With 2 master suites, a queen bedroom, and a room with a set of bunk beds with a trundle, it's perfect for multiple families. The main house also includes 2 wide screen tv'. The adjacent cottage only 20 feet from the main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1 queen bed and 3 sets of bunk beds. There is a small kitchen with fridge coffee maker and microwave for you. The cottage also includes a Ping Pong table, Foosball table for entertaining the kids. Uverse programming and wifi for all of the property. The double dock accomodates 2 or more boats and has a great swim deck with awesome views. For a getaway at the lake, this house has it all! Minimum rental - 2 night rental off season, 3 night summer.

Lots of room for our large group. Quiet neighborhood on a cove. Our girls enjoyed swimming and kayaking from the dock. House is older but well-maintained. Had everything we needed. Only odd thing is the queen bedroom in the cottage is a pass through. You have to go through it to access the bunk room. It wasn’t a problem for us since we put all the teenage girls in the cottage.

The house layout and lake access including our own private dock was amazing. The house is not far from lots of good restaurants and attractions. The only thing lacking was the cleanliness of the house. The carpets and furniture had stains and the tile floors were also dirty. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay .

The property was beautiful, we had a wonderful time during our stay. The are felt very safe, plenty of space to park and the separate bunk cottage was perfect for our teens/older kids.Shopping centers only 15-20 mins away and was perfect!

Host was very responsive to all of our questions. Check in as was the check out was easy. A lot of space for our large group. There's a 2nd bldg that we housed some of the family but gathered at the main house. Both areas had washer and dryers along with kitchen set ups. AC was great thru out as it around 100 degrees the 5 days that we were there. We fished off the dock (with our fishing licenses) & 1 of us used the kayak around that area. Blue gills were the only thing that we caught and released but fun to hang out with the family. Close to Walmart and dollar general for your shopping needs. We'll stocked appliances like crock pots, coffee makers, toasters, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. Dishwasher was not great but we hand washed a lot of stuff anyway. Great views of lake Hamilton where the dock was. Chairs are there on the dock. We were very happy with the space and would return.

The house fully met our needs for sleeping arrangements. The house location on the lake couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the views especially the screened porch. We would rent this property next time we are in Hot Springs. The location was great and it was convenient to all of what Hot Springs has to offer. There was plenty of space to allow for private time. The recreation room entertained kids and adults.

Great home for a family getaway.

Great home for multi family getaway. We cooked for our large group and found everything that was needed to prepare our meals. The cove was nice as well to swim right off the dock. Truly enjoyed our family time!
