Escape to the beauty and serenity of Harpley, deep within rural North Norfolk. With the county's stunning coastline just half an hour's drive away, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. There's even a tennis court available—what more could you want? Please be aware, the property is not suitable for infants, or children under the age of ten years.
Nestled at the end of a lane, Fantail is located on the edge of the charming village of Harpley. This house is one of two that are situated on either side of The Windmill which stands proudly in the middle. Upon entering Fantail, you will find it to be filled with light, airy, attractively and comfortably furnished, and well-equipped. The overall ambience is one of calm and relaxation, while also tempting you to explore and discover the local area and further afield.
The spacious interior features a generous open-plan living space on the ground floor, which flows from a modern, well-fitted kitchen to a dining area and continues to a seating area at the far end, the room highlighted by the curved brick wall of the windmill running up to the ceiling. A glass balustrade mezzanine on the upper level overlooks the room below, and provides an additional seating area, perhaps for reading or a game of chess (a set is provided).
With a bedroom on each level, a king-size on the first floor, and a double on the ground floor, both dressed with fine Egyptian cotton linen and with their own bathroom, the house lends itself to older families, couples, or friends who value the luxury of private facilities and space while enjoying a getaway together. The garden curves from the front round to the side of the house, is fully enclosed by stylish steel woven fencing, and picnic seating to the front and side, offer different aspects of the superb open views beyond.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Children over the age of ten are welcome.
Dogs must be kept on leads in the communal area.
Hypoallergenic bedding provided.
Please bring your own pods for the Nespresso coffee machine (standard size).
