Comfortable 80m2 apartment that can accommodate 4 people. Located on the ground floor of a period building (steps to access) in P.le Clodio. The accommodation is a 12-minute walk from the MM Ottaviano metro stop, thanks to which you can reach the main points of interest in the city.

It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.

By car, you can park, for a fee on the street (NOT guaranteed) or at the Sforza Gino garage (5 minutes on foot).

The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and desk, ceiling fan;

- BEDROOM II with double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), bedside tables, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa and furniture;

- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table with chairs, fridge with freezer, moka pot, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, ceiling fan and TV;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with valves, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

The apartment is located in the Piazzale Clodio area, a quiet area about 15 minutes from the MM Ottaviano metro stop, thanks to which you can reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and Roma Termini station, the main hub of Roman public transport. The apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the city while staying in a quiet area, away from the chaos of the center.
