Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and drag your luggage to your room.
