Lamentable experiencia. Nunca recibí los datos del check in. La única forma de contacto era un teléfono. Llamé un montón de veces y envié mensaje pero no tuve respuesta. Tuve que buscar otro alojamiento. Luego traté de hacer el reclamo por el servicio de ayuda y tampoco lo logré.
