The Space:

Come on in and take a look at this lovely townhouse in Marbella! It's super comfy and stylish. The ground floor has a big living room, great for chilling out or having fun. Big windows let you see the private garden, so it feels like the inside and outside are all one. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern stuff you need to cook up a storm. Upstairs, there are three nice bedrooms, including a master suite with its own bathroom. Each bedroom is made for you to relax in, with fresh sheets and plenty of space for your things. Outside, the private garden is a peaceful spot to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Plus, there's a private garage, so parking is easy.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhouse to enjoy, including the private garden and garage. Inside, feel free to use the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the three bedrooms (including the master suite with its own bathroom), and the shared bathroom. Plus, you're welcome to take a dip in the communal pool in the Golden Green community. Just so you know, the community is gated, and you can get in with a remote control or keypad. The front door uses a key/lockbox for easy access.

Located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, your Marbella townhouse offers a wonderful mix of peace and convenience. This popular area, often called the 'Golf Valley,' is a great spot for golf lovers, with lots of amazing golf courses close by. You're also just a quick drive from the exciting Puerto Banús, known for its fancy yachts, designer shops, and lively nightlife. When it comes to eating out, you'll find plenty of choices nearby, from relaxed tapas bars to fancy restaurants. You can check out local shops for souvenirs or things you need every day. The neighborhood also has lovely parks and green areas, perfect for a relaxing walk. Whether you want a chill vacation or one filled with fun, Nueva Andalucía is a fantastic place to start your Marbella adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our Marbella townhouse is super easy! Public transport is close by, with bus stops just a short walk away. You can easily hop on a bus to get to Marbella town center and other cool places along the coast. If you're flying in, Malaga Airport (AGP) is about a 45-minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available. Plus, you'll have your own private garage, so parking is a breeze – no more searching for a spot! The location in Nueva Andalucía also makes it simple to get to major roads, making day trips to nearby towns and attractions a piece of cake. Whether you like buses or driving, exploring the Costa del Sol from our townhouse is a piece of cake.



Other Things to Note:

Important Information for Your Stay: Check-in is at 5 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please note that the property is located at House 7, Golden Green, Calle Aries, 29660 Marbella. Access to the gated community is granted via remote control or keypad, and the front door uses a key/lockbox. You'll have access to a private garage for parking. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the townhouse. Kindly respect the community's quiet hours, typically from 11 PM to 8 AM. The communal pool is available for residents and guests only; please supervise children at all times and refrain from using glass containers in the pool area. For waste disposal, use the communal bins within the complex and separate recycling (yellow for plastics, blue for paper, green for glass). Before leaving, please turn off the AC and lights, remove all trash, load and start the dishwasher, return keys to the lockbox, and close the garage door. The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; their locations are detailed in the house rules. Emergency numbers are provided for your convenience (Police: 112, Fire: 112, Medical emergency: 112).
