-TAILORED PRICING & PERSONALIZED SERVICE-

Enjoy the flexibility of customizing your stay! Rates vary depending on the number of bedrooms and guests, ensuring you only pay for the space you need. Advertised rates are based on 5 bedrooms (10 guests), but we’re happy to provide updated pricing to match your group configuration. Each additional bedroom beyond the first five is available at $220 USD plus tax per night. This must be paid at arrival in cash or with credit card to the villa staff/concierge.

HOUSE RULES & DISCLAIMERS

-Extra Guests-
The standard rate covers up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms). If you plan to host more, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the booking quote accordingly.

-Registered guests-
Please note that only guests who are registered prior to arrival will be permitted to enter the villa. Kindly ensure the full list of guest names is provided to your concierge ahead of check-in. Thank you!

-Visitors-
Visitors outside the guests registered are welcome upon authorizathion with an additional fee, per person, per day ($100 USD per visitor, per day).

-Security Deposit-
A refundable $3,000 USD deposit is mandatory and required at check-in. This will be returned in full after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition.

-Pet Policy Disclosure-
We love animals, but we also care deeply about keeping Casa Corazón fresh, clean, and comfortable for every guest!

Small pets are welcome upon prior approval, and with an additional pet deposit of $500 USD (maximum 1 pet per stay).

From this amount, $200 USD will be used for special cleaning and disinfection, as future guests may have allergies. The remaining balance will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that no damage is found to the property, furniture, or decorative items, and that all pet rules have been followed.

Pet Rules:

-Use only the designated area for your pet’s physiological needs.
-Do not allow pets on sofas, chairs, beds, rugs, or any furniture.
-Pets are not allowed to use the beach or any indoor areas for their needs.
-Owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
-Always be attentive and supervise your pet.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

-External Staff-
For safety and quality reasons, external staff is not allowed. Our concierge team will gladly recommend trusted providers to ensure a seamless experience, or we can review your request that could add additonal fees.

-Quiet hours-
Events, loud speakers and loud noise are not permitted after 10:30 PM, as the villa is located within an exclusive residential community, and we want to respect neighbors valuable rest and sleep. Our goal is to avoid complaints and possible penalties from the community administration. Thank you for your understanding.

-Natural disasters-
This lovely area experiences tropical weather conditions, including strong storms or hurricanes during certain times of the year (typically between August and November). Since these natural events cannot be predicted, and out of everyones control, we recommend staying informed through official news sources. In the event that such conditions occur during your visit, for your safety and the safety of our staff, we may need to review or reschedule your visit.Thank you for your understanding.

-Seaweed-
Our property is set on a beautiful beachfront. At certain times of the year, seaweed (sargassum) may arrive without notice and is beyond our control. While the beach is cleaned regularly with great effort, it’s not possible to predict when or how much may appear. Thank you for your understanding.
