La gran sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta tiene vistas a la piscina y al océano. El salón tiene muchos sofás, TV vía satélite de pantalla plana grande y teléfono. ¡La cocina gourmet totalmente equipada es hermosa! Justo al lado de la sala de estar encontrará el bar…. ¡nuestro mayordomo preparará tus bebidas favoritas! Desde aquí, salga a la terraza cubierta que se extiende a lo largo de la villa, aquí tiene cenas al aire libre, cómodas sillas para descansar y al lado también hay una ducha al aire libre. Junto a la piscina hay muchas tumbonas para que pueda sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente caribeño. Hay una parrilla de gas para barbacoa para cocinar la pesca del día. Arriba, en la villa principal, hay 3 fabulosas suites King frente al mar, cada suite tiene salida a una gran terraza que se extiende a lo largo de toda la propiedad.

Desde la villa se puede entrar a la playa de arena blanca bordeada de palmeras de la Bahía de Fátima. El esnórquel desde la playa es fantástico; Verás muchos peces y corales, si tienes suerte tal vez una tortuga! Hacienda Del Mar tiene kayaks para uso de los huéspedes, horas de diversión garantizadas.
Dentro de la finca hay dos casitas (casitas) cada una con 4 dormitorios con baños ensuite. En el nivel inferior de la casita tiene una sala de juegos increíble con billar y tenis de mesa ... ¡la diversión para los jóvenes y los jóvenes de corazón está garantizada!
La villa está muy cerca del centro de Puerto Aventuras, que se encuentra alrededor de una marina donde encontrará Dolphin Discovery, restaurantes internacionales, tiendas de comestibles, boutiques y oficina de correos. También hay un campo de golf, canchas de tenis y un parque de patinaje cerca. Absolutely the best family vacation EVER.

We visited Hacienda del Mar for our family vacation. There are no words strong enough to describe how perfect our vacation was! The location and decor are simply magical. Very comfortable and private; but safe and close enough to town for those who like visiting. The staff; mainly Carlos, Esme, Martin, Irlanda and of course Mimi were splendid! Always striving for perfection which they greatly achieve. The food and drinks were always amazing! We were 15 people in our party: 8 children ages 4-14 and 7 adults. Two of our guests had severe food allergies. The staff were very professional; at all times we were reassured that the proper security measures were taken so there was no issues. The kids were free to play and enjoy the amenities and at no time we were made to feel like they were a disturbance; quite the contrary! One night Martin was blowing bubbles to entertain the little ones during dinner, and Carlos was providing the kids with new toys. So sweet! And also the fantastic Mimi, always attentive and available to assist and ensure everything was perfect. The kayaks and boards, beach and pool toys were very appreciated. The view is absolutely stunning! Unfortunately the beach is quite rocky and we did not even attempt to go in the water in front of the villa. However, there is a beautiful beach about 5 minute walk in the sand from the Villa. Once we discovered this, the kids always wanted to go play in that area. We found the satellite TV was quite unreliable. Although we were not there to watch tv, we were happy that we had brought our own Apple TV as an alternative. Thanks to the staff at Hacienda del Mar, our family vacation will never be forgotten!

A memorable experience in a superb property with outstanding staff!

First of all we would like to send you a big big Thank You to all the staff working at the Hacienda. All of you were so nice, friendly, very professional, efficient, attentive and we already miss you. We miss Carlos's smile and his fantastic cocktails always ready before asking. We miss Chef Esme's guacamole, the best in the world and all the awesome dishes she prepared for us every days. We miss Mimi's energy and her wonderful personality, the perfect mix between nordic efficiency and mexican hospitality. She is a superstar! Always with her special can-do attitude, she helped us with tour and transportation reservations. Everything was more than perfect in every details. The Hacienda is such an amazing and relaxing place, a peaceful heaven. A superb property where you can really feel the real mexican vibe. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and all the people we met there will remain in our heart forever. We are so glad to have chosen the Hacienda to celebrate our wedding, we couldn't have asked for more. We had a great time, lots of fun and all the guests were so happy. We just can't stop talking about our extraordinary experience. We hope to have the opportunity to come back in the future and see you again! We definitely recommend this property to others, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderfully amazing stay, Attentive service

We recently booked the villa for a small company retreat for twelve people and had a fantastic, relaxing experience. The villa is right on the beach, is beautifully decorated and conveniently designed. The patio and pool area ended up being our main place for visiting, working and dining. All of the suites were well enough away from this activity should someone want solitude or nap. The main dining area was very accommodating and still intimate for conversation. Beautifully appointed rooms, most with their own dedicated full bath. The service was amazing. We had two personal chefs, Esmeralda and Alonso, a service person, Carlos and a concierge, Mimi. The food was great! We ate so well at each meal with snacks in between. They accommodated our liquor and beer requests with no problem. Mimi helped organize a few of us to visit the Tulum ruins and one of the local cenotes. Having stayed here, I will rethink any consideration of a group trip to any resort, this experience has been that much more personal and engaging. Highly recommend for destination wedding families, friend get-togethers or company retreats.

Perfection!

I can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda del Mar! We got married there last weekend and everything - welcome party, wedding, reception - was held on site. It was the perfect venue - from the beautiful and unique rooms rooms to the shared spaces to the amazingly manicured grounds including beachfront property and a pool! And the staff - they are truly incredible! The chefs, the bartenders, the concierge, the wedding coordinator and the reservationist were very friendly, accommodating and professional from start to finish; and they helped us execute a wonderful and beautiful event enjoyed by all 60 attendees! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our wedding weekend and are eternally grateful to have had this experience! Each and every detail of our experience has created a new standard for our future vacations - the bar has been set very high! We can't wait to visit the Riviera Maya Haciendas again in the future! BIG thanks to everyone there - it was the BEST!

Incredible Property!

We just got back from our wedding down in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. We stayed at both the Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon properties with 39 guests (2 children and 37 adults). The properties are nothing short of amazing! The view of the ocean from the back porch, the beautiful rooms, the location on the beach, the sea kayaks, and the relaxed and laid back nature of the entire place. We absolutely loved it! We were in perfect hands with the hacienda staff taking care of us. They cleaned the rooms and houses daily, always providing fresh towels for our many dips in the pool. Any request we had, Laura, the concierge gladly handled. We even had mani/pedis scheduled by the pool for ultimate relaxation for the girls. If you're looking for a wonderful property to host a large event or an intimate gathering, these haciendas are it! The staff is incredible, the location is amazing and even better ... the entire place is yours to enjoy with your friends and family during your stay. It was truly a memorable experience and we cannot wait to come back once again! To the entire staff at the haciendas including Marina and Laura, thank you for making our wedding week incredible. This is something we will never forget and cannot wait to come back and do it all again some day!
