Beautiful salt water heated pool in fenced-in yard! You'll love the privacy our Lighthouse offers. This house is just a two-minute walk to the beach with no busy roads to cross. It's fully furnished - all you need to pack is your bathing suit and toothbrush! It has hairdryers, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys and free Wifi.

It's beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean. There is a TV in the living room, and all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a sliding door leading to the patio in the private screened-in lanai and back yard.

New Smyrna Beach has many good restaurants, shopping, art galleries, parks, fishing, golfing, and of course, the greatest beach around. There is a park two blocks away where you can play tennis, pickleball and basketball. The house is within walking distance to the shops on Flagler Ave.

You can go to the attractions in Orlando during the day and come back to New Smyrna Beach to relax at the beach. Our central location makes getting around a no-hassle experience.

First time renting a house in New Smyrna

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We really enjoyed our stay. The home is only a short walk to the beach, Flagler& restaurants, etc. It has a fully stocked kitchen! Lots of towels and pretty much anything you could possibly need for the beach - floats, toys, chairs, umbrellas. Having your own private pool was great! I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a great relaxing place to stay.

Perfect place for family to come together rest, relax, and enjoy. Safe neighbor for teens to come and go. Short distance to beach. We plan to go back every summer.

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Awesome location with a quick walk to the beach and the shops on Flagler. The house is stocked up with so many essentials like towels, kitchen supplies, toys, etc that you don’t have to drag from your home. Jackie was amazing to deal with helping accommodate any requests and answer questions. The house and pool were clean and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful

We had a great experience. We rented with friends and both families both were thoroughly happy with the property. The house was clean when we arrived, spacious enough for two families. The pool was fantastic for after beach trips. It also has a pool fence to keep kids safe which we were unaware of beforehand but were pleasantly surprised about. The kitchen appliances were great for cooking in during the pandemic. The only issue we had was the WiFi being spotty and not staying connected but not a big deal when we wanted to be outdoors most of the time. The walk to the beach was super fast and easy. Jackie was an incredible host, very responsive both before and during the trip. We would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

We had everything we needed and more. We had such a great time and would definitely do it again. This was our best to stay in New Smyrna Beach out of all five years we’ve been coming here. Highly recommend!

VACA 2020

This house far exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious and has plenty of room for the whole family. The house has everything that you need from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool toys, beach towels, hair dryers, even had laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. The pool was awesome after a day out at the beach. The beach access was just a short walk. It was really nice being so close to Flagler Ave. that we could walk down for lunch or to do a little shopping. Jackie was very easy to work with and my family plans to stay at her property again next year. GREAT VACATION HOME!!

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren in this adorable house. It was very clean and met all our needs. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. The owner went above and beyond to make this a great stay.

House was very nice and clean and everything on the website was correct. The house also comes with tons of beach equipment and other cooking tools and everything you need to have a great stay. Only problem I had is that as the guest, you are unable to change the pool temperature. While a very nice pool, the pool was too cold once the sun went down. While in the summer this might not be a problem, the mild temperatures made it intolerable outside of when the sun was up. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations.

This house is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the pool to use after a hot day on the beach, which was a short walk across the street. Flagler Ave was also a short walk and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants right near the house. Publix was right there as well. We hope to come back again!
