Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and found communication easy—that’s always important to me. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. This is Florida, and while the home is well maintained, it’s not unusual to occasionally see a bug, especially in areas like garages. You initially reported seeing two small bugs in the bathroom, and I responded immediately and sent over assistance right away but you wouldn't let him treat the area, saying you would do it yourself. Regarding the garage and the hole in the side door there, that space is more exposed to the outdoors, and unfortunately, seeing insects (palmetto bugs) there can happen in this climate. I had a professional exterminator come out promptly to address your concerns but you refused to let him treat the house and yard. I also want to address that I take all guest concerns seriously and would never laugh at a situation that made a guest uncomfortable. My goal is always to resolve issues quickly and make every stay a good experience. I do regularly maintain the property, including pest control, and will continue to do so. I wish you had allowed us the opportunity to fully resolve the concern during your stay.
